Daniel Stevens has led the underwriting and acquisition of more than $175 million in multifamily assets for Ansonia. He has been instrumental in the capital raising and structuring of over $200 million for more than 1,150 apartments since 2015. He also plays an integral role in overseeing business plan execution for acquired assets, investor relations and the implementation of new technologies used throughout Ansonia’s portfolio and operations. Mr. Stevens’ prior experience includes asset management, property operations and construction project management across market rate, mixed-income and affordable multi-family properties. He received his BA from the University of Colorado in Boulder and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and other industry trade groups.
