This mixed-use infill project was the result of a complex public-private partnership. Anchored by Borders and Bed, Bath & Beyond, retail space totaling almost 100,000 square feet activates the street. Above, an urban village of 300 rental apartments conceals an 850-car garage that serves both residential and retail uses. Innovative signage and a signature architectural element create a landmark identity for this unique development.
